Mindfulness is about being present and aware. Interpersonal mindful awareness is being present and aware of what is happening inside, (mind, heart and body), aware of what is happening around, (environmental context) and aware of what is happening between us and others, (direct interpersonal field).
In developing mindfulness we are growing our ability to be more present in our internal experience. When we are mindful, we are more attuned to ourselves and others. We grow our capacity to respond with greater agency and skill. [ read more ]

These two weekly psychodrama groups are ongoing personal growth and training groups for men and women. These groups will use psychodramatic techniques and expressive therapies to explore issues of personal development .Dealing with uncomfortable feelings, issues of trust, shame, relationships, intimacy and career decisions are among the topics that will be explored. This series of experiential & training workshops utilizes action methods (sociometry, psychodrama, role play and group psychotherapy), to explore various issues that are of concern to participants.
